About LiveStream+
Founded by an ex-BBC technical operator with 20 years in broadcast and live events, delivering corporate live streaming and event production across the UK.
Who we are
LiveStream+ was founded on a simple premise: corporate events deserve the same technical rigour as broadcast television, not a webcam pointed at a stage.
We're built around a former BBC technical operator with 20 years of experience across broadcast and live events, and we scale a crew to match - sound, vision, lighting, LED walls, staging - depending on what your event actually needs. A boardroom AGM might need one technician and a single camera. A 500-seat award ceremony might need a full production team. We always bring the right people and the right equipment for the job.
When you come to us, we take the time to understand exactly what your event needs - the audience size, the format, the technical requirements, and the stakes involved. Then we apply the right equipment and the right people to make it happen.
We've supported organisations across a wide range of sectors - from listed companies and professional services firms to membership organisations and charities - delivering events where technical failure simply wasn't an option.
Background
LiveStream+ is founded and led by a former BBC technical operator with two decades of experience across broadcast television and live events. That background shapes everything about how we approach a project - from the questions we ask at the brief stage to the contingency planning that happens long before your event goes live.
Working in broadcast teaches you that things go wrong - and that the difference between a disaster and a seamless event is preparation. Every project we take on is planned with that discipline: backup systems, tested connectivity, clear protocols, and a team that knows exactly what to do when the unexpected happens.
That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every event - whether it's a 10-person investor briefing or a 2,000-seat national conference.

How we work
Most organisations approach us with a rough idea of what they need - a live stream for their AGM, a broadcast for their annual awards night, a webcast for their next town hall. We start there, and then we ask the questions that make the difference.
What's the audience expecting? How technical is the content? Who will be watching remotely, and on what devices? What contingencies need to be in place? What does success look like on the day - and the day after?
By the time we propose a solution, we understand the event as well as the people running it. That's how we consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.
Discuss your eventWe never push a standard solution. Every event brief is different, and our recommendations reflect that - not a one-size-fits-all package.
We hold our own broadcast and event equipment - cameras, audio, LED walls, staging, lighting, PA - and build a crew around each event to match. Every project gets the right people for the job.
Contingency planning isn't an afterthought - it's built into every brief. Redundant equipment, backup connectivity, and clear escalation protocols as standard.
We don't disappear after the quote is accepted. We're involved from initial planning through to post-event review - making sure everything goes to plan at every stage.
Where we work
We deliver live streaming support for corporate events across the whole of the United Kingdom. Our particular focus is the South Midlands corridor - where we have deep local knowledge, established venue relationships, and a strong track record of delivery.
Why choose us
Corporate live streaming involves a lot of moving parts. We translate the technical into plain language and make sure you know exactly what's happening and why.
We bring experience from hundreds of corporate events - so we recognise potential problems before they happen and know exactly how to handle them if they do.
If a simpler, cheaper solution would serve your event better, we'll say so. Our goal is the right outcome for your event - not the largest possible invoice.
Real people, on site, managing your broadcast - not a remote support line, not a self-service platform. We're with you from load-in through to de-rig.
We'll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and come back with a clear recommendation and a free, no-obligation quote.
